This policy explains how Duo Draw: Party Game (“Duo Draw” or “the app”), made by Pulkit Agarwal, handles your information.
No accounts, no data collection
Duo Draw has no accounts and no sign-in. The app does not collect personal data, does not store any data on servers, and does not sell or share data with anyone. It contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. The app itself makes no network requests.
Camera (iPhone Duo only)
On iPhone Duo, iOS only lets an app show content on the back (outer) screen while the camera is running. So that everyone can watch the drawing on the back screen, Duo Draw turns the camera on only during a turn, from picking a word through the reveal. The camera image stays on your device and is never uploaded.
The camera is also used if you choose to record the guessers’ reactions.
The app asks for your permission before it uses the camera, and you can change this at any time in Settings → Duo Draw → Camera. On other iPhone and iPad models, Duo Draw never uses the camera.
Microphone
The microphone is used only to capture sound for a reaction recording that you choose to make.
Photos
Duo Draw requests add-only access to your photo library, and uses it only to save a reaction recording that you choose to make. The app cannot read or view your photo library.
Data stored on your device
Your game settings, such as team names and the timer length, are saved only on your device. They are removed when you delete the app.
Feedback form
If you send feedback, the in-app feedback form is a Google Form. Anything you submit there is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. Please include only what you are comfortable sharing.
Children
Duo Draw collects no data from anyone, including children.
